My name is Vlad Cordero, and after more than 25 years as a licensed optician, optical director, and business consultant, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to run a successful, profitable, and patient-centered optical dispensary. I’ve also seen what happens when optical businesses are left behind—when they rely on outdated strategies, miss growth opportunities, or fail to train their teams to deliver the kind of care and expertise that today’s patients demand.
